Ground-floor: Sitting-Room with Fireplace, Dining-Room, Large covered Terrace opening onto the swimming-pool, Cloakroom, modern Kitchen, Utility room, Garage and Car-port.

Upper-floor: 2 Twin Bedrooms, each one with bathroom en suite, 2 Twin Bedrooms sharing a Bathroom, Covered terrace & Sun terrace.
Comfortably furnished and equipped to high standards the interior matches Swedish design with English comfort!

The lovely swimming-pool (3,5x7m.) has a shaded outside dining area with a Barbecue, changing rooms, W.C. and a shower. The house and pool are surrounded with flowers and shrubs.

Designed to be cool in the Summer, the house has the advantage of full central heating for the colder months.

The property is located 5Kms. (5mns. drive) from Monchique, and within walking distance of several restaurants.

Sleeps 8. Maid Service: 3 hours, 5 days/week. Washing machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Telephone (for incoming & local calls only), T.V. with DVD player, Hi-Fi. Central Heating on request.
