The house is located on a quiet road directly opposite the famous Ballybunion Golf Course with sea views.
Our property is only a mere 5 minutes walk from the town centre and newly opened Ballybunion Health and Leisure Centre. Facilities at the centre include swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna/steam room, treatment rooms, gymnasium, aerobics room and jogging track.

Ballybunion offers a host of exciting amenities including stunning world famous golf links, picturesque cliff walks, salmon fishing on the Cashen River and dolphin watching in the harbour. You can enjoy Siasma Tire Theatre and Art Gallery, relaxing seaweed baths, shops, restaurants and bars are only a short walk from the property. The Village's superb blue flag beach drifts for miles along the Atlantic and is overlooked by the cliff-top ruins of a castle. Home to Ballybunion Golf Course renowned throughout the world and our house is directly opposite the 5th hole! Neighbouring events include the Harvest Festival that takes place in the home town of literary legend John B Keane. September sees thousands gather for the Listowel Races, one of the most popular events in the racing Calendar.
