The PV-Holidays residence L'Archipel in Perros Guirec is situated in the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose and offers a typical Breton holiday resort only 50m from the beach (across a road) and in a wonderful natural environment. This waterside residence is located close to a Spa and facilities include its own swimming pool and a playground for children.
The 3-storey property is situated in a wonderful location across the road from Trestraou beach, close to the casino and directly connected to the Thermes Marins de Perros Guirec spa centre via a covered corridor.

Attractions further along the Pink Granite Coast (from 10 to 60 km): the Trégastel sea life aquarium, the “Aqua-tonique” centre (also at Trégastel), the Telecommunications Museum, the planetarium, the Ile Grande bird sanctuary, the châteaux, manor houses and churches of Trégor, etc.

Description
Situated on the Pink Granite Coast 11 km from Lannion and 176 km from Rennes, Perros-Guirec is a typically Breton tourist resort in a superb natural environment facing the Sept Iles archipelago, home to a large number of bird species.

- The “Chaos de Granit Rose” on the “smugglers trail”. A 4.4 km journey between the port of Ploumanac'h and Trestraou beach at Perros-Guirec (approx 2 ½ hour round trip).
- “La Maison du Littoral” (the coastal centre) offers you a chance to discover the Pink Granite Coast through its exhibitions and nature features.
- The Traouïéro valley: a site declared as natural heritage of Brittany.
- The chapel of Notre-Dame-de-la-Clarté.
