The Costa Del Sol Region

Villa Sol is very well located close to Puerto Banus, the most fashionable marina on the Costa del Sol, which is twenty minutes walk along the beachfront or five minutes by taxi. Marbella centre is about ten minutes by car. San Pedro centre is about ten minutes walk.

 

San Pedro de Alcantara Area

San Pedro (pop. 25,000) soon becomes many people's favourite of all the towns on the Costa del Sol. It has managed to retain its Spanish character despite the development of the last ten years. Being part of the Marbella area authority helped in no small way and yet it does not have any pomposity. It is well provided with excellent traditional Spanish style restaurants and bodegas so that you can quickly immerse yourself in that easy going Andalucian culture and be made very welcome.

Semana Sante (Easter Week) is an event well worth visiting in San Pedro and Marbella as it the Feria (festival) around October 19, feast day of the local saint.

Fly to Malaga with Aer Lingus or Ryanair

or take the Marbella bus from just outside the Arrivals Hall at Malaga Airport (check http://www.gomarbella.com/marbella/malagabus.htm for times)

There is a lovely garden with private pool, brick barbecue, palm tree bar, terrace and garden. Safe for children.

 

Rental Details

A Booking Deposit of 50% is required on reservation and the final payment is due one month before the holiday is due to begin.

We accept most Credit Cards. Booking is on a Saturday to Saturday basis.

We also charge a refundable Damage Deposit of €250 or equivalent. This will be refunded at the end of your stay providing the Villa is left in proper order.

Terms:
The Client understands that the Villa comes fully equipped for use and that a before and after maid service is included.

The Client also understands that Sol Holidays takes no responsibility for any aspect of their stay in Spain other than provision of the use of the Villa for the agreed time.

All charges pertaining to the Villa including electricity, gas and water are included in the rental price.
