We welcome HOLIDAY MAKERS and we cater for prospective new MIGRANTS - as a place to "get organised" on arrival to WA or as a place for a "first visit" in preparation to coming to live! We can help you, as we know our state very well! Good longer term rates.

"Our Place" is a single-storey (easy-access, no stairs) 3 bedroom villa. It is AIR-CONDITIONED (cooling & heating). It has a loungeroom with TV etc. It has a security-alarm for you to use. It is clean and well maintained.

Guests can contact the owner for any help. We can supply a MOBILE PHONE if requested, with a pre-paid account. The villa is a fully self-catering, self-cleaning and is a well equipped home.

There are lots of 'eating-out' places and 'take-away' outlets close by - walking distance! (Fish & Chips, Chinese, Italian, Coffee shops, etc)

We have FOXTEL SATELLITE digital TV as well as local TV.

Mandurah's climate is temperate "Mediterranean"... it is quite warm/hot in summer for outdoor living, swimming, beaches and boating. Moderate winter - lower rates and quieter for tourists too!

To get a good idea about location....Put "Stewart St Mandurah" into "Google" maps and… Zoom OUT to see Mandurah related to Perth & our South-West attractions! Zoom IN to find our place – third on left from corner Stewart St & Mandurah Tce – and see the short walk to BEACH, TOWN CENTRE & MARINA!

Mandurah Area

Close to PERTH, our capital city's attractions are a train-ride or freeway drive away - less than 1 hour. Perth is a lovely city to visit from Mandurah.

And from MANDURAH you can also drive to Margaret RIver, Bunbury and Busselton or go through to the South-Coast and around to Albany - wineries, craft, beaches, historic sites, caves, etc.

Mandurah has the Annual "CrabFest" and other special weekends during the year. In winter (June-September) the City is quieter and some guests rather like that - the costs are lower too!

Bus and Rail services to Perth are available . Airport or local Car Hire is available.

Getting There

Mandurah is on the coast, south of Perth - less than one hour drive.

Fly to Perth and get a hirecar available at Perth Airport.

OR You could also go to Perth by Shuttlebus and catch the train to Mandurah and shuttlebus to our place.

We have a lockup garage and extra front carpad.

Rental Details

Ours is a detached house. We have quiet neighbours - with a retirement village at the rear of our property.

We provide guests with a secure and clean environment. We are HONEST!

We ask for some preliminary ID paperwork and we both sign a guest/owner agreement.

We expect our guests to agree to a high standard of behaviour and noise levels!

We have three BEDROOMS (1) and (2) each have QUEENSIZE BEDS & Bedroom (3) has one DOUBLE and one SINGLE bunk and a "study area". LINEN (sheets, towels etc - self-wash) is supplied to overseas and interstate guests.

We have a Lounge with TV etc. Local and FOXTEL. Play DVD movies.

The Kitchen is clean!! All facilities - fridge, microwave, oven and cooktop.

WELCOME tea,coffee with MILK to get started. We can provide a free shopping service for your initlal basics - you just reimburse us for your ordered items.
