The Costa Del Sol Region

The Costa Del Sol is the most popular holiday destination in the world for British and other European holidaymakers. The two Golden Miles, Marbella and Estepona, in particular, have a micro-climate which gives warmer days and more sunshine than the rest of the coast. Puerto Banus, which is ten minutes' drive from Sun Beach, is an international yacht harbour containing some of the largest and most impressive yachts in Europe. Our immediate area has a huge choice of restaurants and entertainment, many within walking distance. A short drive inland, you will find wonderful scenery, and the famous Andalucian "White Villages". Tarifa, Europe's top windsurfing location, is less than one hour's drive, and just beyond there you will find Bolonia, the site of a well-preserved Roman city. From Tarifa you can also take the fast ferry (30 minutes) to Tangier, if you would like to spend a day in Africa. Visas are not required for Brits. The ski resort of Sol y Nieve, in the Sierra Nevada, is just over two hours' drive away, making a day's skiing followed by dinner on the beach quite possible. The Andaluz people are known as the most friendly and "simpatico" in Spain, and English is widely spoken

 

Estepona Area

The Costa del Sol has the sunniest climate in Europe, and is the number 1 holiday destination for British holidaymakers. There are many towns and villages to visit, and the beach facilities are second to none. There are signs everywhere saying "Costa Del Sol, Costa Del Golf", which is is not tourist hype, but the literal truth. Sun Beach stands at the heart of literally dozens of international standard golf courses, including the famous Valderama (25 minutes' drive). Other courses are within 5-10 minutes' drive away.

 

Getting There

Fly to Malaga or Giraltar airports. Taxis, car rental and express bues (Malaga airport are all available. Journey tme is 40/50 minutes.

There are glass sliding doors from the living room leading to a large patio garden, with dining and sunbathing areas and a barbeque. On the second floor there is a beautiful roof terrace with sea and mountain views, shaded dining area and sun beds.. There are extensive communal gardens, with two large swimming pools and shower and toilet facilities

 

Rental Details

We ask for a deposit of 30% of the rental price to secure the booking. The balance does not have to be paid until 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. We don't require any damage deposits. We trust our clients, and have never had any problems. Check-in time is 2pm, and check-out 10am, but we try to be flexible whenever possible. Minimum rental period is 1 week. I'm afraid we can't accept Hen or Stag party bookings. Our properties are all in residential areas, and neither yourselves or our neighbours would feel comfortable. Sorry.
