This elegant and spacious penthouse is available for holiday rental in Sun Beach, Estepona, Costa Del Sol, only ten minutes away from Marbella and Puerto Banus, and 45 minutes from both Malaga and Gibraltar airports. On the second floor, with views on the gardens and pools of the complex, and wonderful sea views from the roof garden, the apartment consists of three double (or twin) bedrooms, two newly refurbished bathrooms (one en suite), kitchen, separate laundry room and a beautiful large living area. with sliding doors to a sunbathing and dining terrace. The penthose has white marble floors throughout. Upstairs, there is an enormous (around 800 sq.ft.) private roof terrace, with dining and sunbathing facilities and a barbeque. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble-dryer. The penthouse has a complete Sky Plus TV package, with movies, sports and children’s channels, and DVD player There are lots of English language books, and some toys. A cot and/or high chair can be provided free of charge if required. A telephone line is provided for incoming calls and free local and national Spanish calls, and wireless ADSL internet connection.There is a safe installed in the master bedroom suite. This stretch of the coast is becoming known as the new Golden Mile, with more 5-star hotels than Marbella. The beach is a 2 minute stroll away, offering bars, restaurants and water sports. Sun Beach is surrounded by top international golf courses, and Selwo Safari Park is only 5 minutes’ drive away.A weekly change of linen is included, and baby-sitting (English speaking) or maid service are available if required. All linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided. There are many restaurants, clubs and bars in the area, but the penthouse itself is absolutely quiet, and very safe for children. We also have 4 bedroom town house, Casa Leon, only 1 minute walk away from the penthouse, with the same facilities, which can sleep 8. Photos 17-24 are of Casa Leon.

The Costa Del Sol Region
The Costa del Sol has the sunniest climate in Europe, and is the number 1 holiday destination for British holidaymakers. There are many towns and villages to visit, and the beach facilities are second to none. There are signs everywhere saying "Costa Del Sol, Costa Del Golf", which is is not tourist hype, but the literal truth. Sun Beach stands at the heart of literally dozens of international standard golf courses, including the famous Valderama (25 minutes' drive). Other courses are within 5-10 minutes' drive away.
Estepona Area
Sun beach is 200 metres from the beach, and is a very child-friendly place. Selwo safari park is only 5 minutes' drive away. there are riding stables nearby, and the Mijas Aquapark and Tivoli World are both 40 minutes away. Tarifa, Europe's top windsurfing location, is only half an hour's drive, and just beyond there you will find Bolonia, the site of a well-preserved Roman city. From Tarifa you can also take the fast ferry (30 minutes) to Tangier, if you would like to spend a day in Africa. Visas are not required for Brits.
Behind the coast there are beautiful "White Villages" and spectacular mountain scenery. Estepona is a bustling town with good shopping , restaurants, bars etcetera, and Sun Beach is surrounded with golf courses. This stretch of the coast is known as the new Golden Mile, and has more 5-star hotels than Marbella.
Getting There
Fly to either Malaga or Gibraltar airports. Taxis, car rental, and express bus to Marbella (from Malaga airport) are all available. Journey time is 40/50 minutes.

The living room terrace has a dining area with views over the garden and pool area, and two sun beds. The upstairs roof terrace is enormous, with its own 6-seater shaded dining area, a fridge/freezer, a barbeque, and four sun beds. There is also a pergola with 2 sofas.
Rental Details
We ask for a deposit of 30% of the rental price to secure the booking. The balance does not have to be paid until 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. We don't require any damage deposits. We trust our clients, and have never had any problems. Check-in time is 2pm, and check-out 10am, but we try to be flexible whenever possible. Minimum rental period is 1 week. I'm afraid we can't accept Hen or Stag party bookings. Our properties are all in residential areas, and neither yourselves or our neighbours would feel comfortable. Sorry.

All linen and towels, including beach towels, are provided, and there are usually a couple of inflatable beach or pool toys around.
We also have a 4 bedroom town house, Casa Leon, sleeping 8, on the same complex, only 1 munute walk away from the penthouse, giving total accommodation for 15 guests.
