Cois Cuan (meaning 'At harbour' in Gaelic) is a triple height, stone cut, dormer house in local limestone - with all modern facilities, including large bathrooms and sauna, modern equipped kitchen, open luxury living area with slate floors, solid fuel open fireplace, and all modern fittings throughout. This self-catering holiday home is located two minutes from the beach and harbour at Baile naGaul, Ring, it is close to Helvick pier, with access to Dungarvan bay and the West Waterford countryside. Features include two triple bedrooms and one double bedroom, and two luxury bathrooms (one with sauna). The house has oil-fired central and underfloor heating, a beautiful large, relaxed open plan living area with indian slate floors, and a large decking area in the spacious landscaped back garden. Private parking for three cars is provided. Local harbour, beach is two minutes walk, well stocked grocery shop five minutes walk.

The Waterford Region
Waterford and South East Ireland is a warm, sunny extension to the 'garden of Ireland' and steeped in Irish history. Great light, wonderful beaches, mountains and tourist landmarks nearby. Many wonderful locations can be easily reached within a hours drive: Cork city - 40 minutes, Youghal or Lismore - 20 minutes and Waterford - 30 minutes away by car. All key amenities can be reached with relative ease - including golf, fishing and sailing.
