The complex of buildings, consisting of the main house and the barn, dates from the early 19th century and was restored in 2004 to its original design. The main house is divided between the part we occupy and the part which contains the rooms for our guests. In the main building we have 6 very comfortable Junior Suites with twin/king size beds. All suites are furnished in appropriate style and have a private luxurious bathroom and air-conditioning. Also available is a Superior Suite above the barn which has a particular splendid view.
Available to the exclusive use of guests are an immaculate shared fully equipped kitchen and two very comfortable and well furnished living areas with working fire-place, SAT TV and Wi-Fi internet access.
You can relax beside the 7mx14 salt water pool or enjoy a ride on one of our mountain-bikes
Our formula is “Bed & Brunch”: A full breakfast is served from 9.00 to 11.00 in the large kitchen in our part of the house.

We just want to say that we enjoyed our stay very much and we would like to say thank you again for you SUPER hospitality. You are great hosts, your place is so beautiful and you practise it absolutely perfect, everything was great and so well organized. In ten years of visiting Italy this is the first place we have ever felt compelled to visit for a second time, it really is wonderful – ‘the complete package’ Delightful charming hosts, amazing breathtaking 360° views, incredible breakfasts and first class accommodation, I can see we will definitely be back a third time! There is always a chance to try something different too, this time a very special meal with Ranuccio, made all the more enjoyable by the special comradierie that Silvia and Paolo so expertly nurture in their guests.
