A luxury 3 bed-roomed villa with its own private Solar heated, salt water pool, situated 15 minutes from the airport in the exclusive area of San Agustin, Maspalomas. The villa is just a short walk from all local facilities, which include three supermarkets, restaurants, car rental, bus stops and taxi services.
The small bay of San Agustin provides a safe beach with calm waters and is reached by strolling to the end of the road.
San Agustin is mostly residential and is therefore quieter than Playa Del Ingles and Puerto Rico affording you the opportunity of a very relaxing environment in which to spend your holiday.
Should you wish to take advantage of the nightlife at Playa Del Ingles, the Yumbo Centre and Maspalomas they are just a 5 minute taxi ride away.

Escondida is a luxury 3 bed-roomed villa built on two levels with its own private solar heated, salt water swimming pool and is situated in San Agustin, Maspalomas. Accommodation in this spacious villa includes a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom consisting of twin basins, a double shower unit and toilet. This bedroom also offers a private balcony with a sea view. There are two further bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a king-size double bed and again its own private balcony. Both share a bathroom with a large double shower unit, toilet and basin and there is another cloakroom downstairs.
A superb kitchen includes an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine and there are ample work surfaces all finished in black marble.
There is a small lounge at the rear of the villa, which houses the TV, Video, DVD, Satellite and Music System and makes a superb place to sit in the cool and relax. The front lounge is much larger where you can sit comfortably overlooking the pool and take in the view of the hills and sea beyond.
Air-conditioned
All bedrooms and both lounges have their own air-conditioning units and in winter these can also be used as heaters. Unlike many villas there is no extra charge for this facility as this is covered within the rental price.
Security
The villa is equipped with remote controlled electronic security grills for your peace of mind and there are digital safes for our clients to use free of charge

Note: Any Public and Half Term holidays will be charged at £850 per week, Easter £1,000 per week and Christmas/New Year £1250 per week, (2 week reservation preferred for this period).
