This traditional style villa is set on a large corner plot in the lower part of Los Mojones. It has been refurbished over the course of the last year and now boasts a lovely new kitchen, new flooring throughout, new lounge and bedroom furniture. The covered fenced terrace has new patio furniture and a safety gate. This now makes the terrace a safe area with space for young children to play and parents to relax in the shade away from the pool. The pool area is fully enclosed with a high wall and has plenty of room for sunbathing. There is a door from the lounge, where there is a large TV and Play Station 2 (bring own games), out to the covered terrace. The villa is unusual in having one bedroom with en-suite bathroom set away from the other two bedrooms and the family bathroom – ideal when two couples are occupying or when grandparents want to be away from the children. There is plenty of room to park cars although a car is not essential in this location with the supermarket and nearest restaurants just a five minute walk away. This villa has modern facilities but maintains a traditional Canarian feel and is perfect for a relaxing holiday for families or couples.

Our second stay in this fabulous villa, we had an extremely relaxing holiday
again. Everything you need for your home comforts, this time we stayed
