Costa de la luz, "coast of light" is an uncrowded area of Andalucia retaining much of the charm and beauty of historic Spain.
The charming city of Seville, renowned for its flamenco and tapas bars is within easy reach, as is the breathtaking natural beauty of Sierra de Aracena.
Very close by is the Donana National Park - home to a wide variety of wildlife.
There are several Andalucian border towns nearby. Ayamonte, about 20 minutes drive, is fairly typical with cobbled streets, a beautiful main square and an excellent choice of restaurants and shops.
Several championship golf courses are situated close by, including El Rompido, Islantilla, Isla Canela, and the brand new development of Costa Esuri.
