Amenities in the apartment include a fully fitted kitchen, a master double bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom, bathroom and living/dining room with access to an outdoor terrace that has stunning views out to the Atlantic Ocean and the nearby marina. Within the complex is a large communal pool, childrens paddling pool, childrens play area and seating area. The complex is just 50m walk from the fantastic, clean , wide sandy beach that seldom gets overcrowded, even in the popular summer months. Traditional hoilday entertainment is available at the 4 star Iberostar hotel which is adjacent to the complex.
Just a short walk from the apartment you will find the marina with bars, shops and restaurants. The quaint fishing village of Punta del Moral is a only a short walk as well.

House linen provided but please bring towels for the beach and pool.

It goes without saying that this whole area holds a diverse rich bird, animal, insect and plant life.

Almachar Area

Ayamonte is situated on the banks of the River Guadiana overlooking Portugal, this is real Spain.. The Costa de la Luz stretches from Tarifa in the east and ends at Ayamonte in the west. Offering unspoilt coastline difficuilt to match anywhere in Spain.
Endless golden beaches bathed in sunshine almost all year round. Glorious summers are followed by mild winters with temperatures seldom below 10c and often reaching afternoon peaks of 20c. More sunshine and daylight hours than anywhere else on mainland Europe truly make this the Coast of Light!
