The apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated with stylish and contemporary furniture. An elegant and spacious open-plan lounge/diner makes this the perfect place to relax on your holiday. The lounge area is equipped with two leather sofas and has views over the garden and pool. The apartment has a TV and DVD/music player with satellite TV installed for your entertainment.
The main terrace, overlooking the pool and gardens, is accessed either from the lounge or second bedroom. It is equipped with a large table to seat 6.This area is well lit at night and is ideal for dining out or simply to enjoy a glass of wine. A further terrace with seating can be accessed from the main bedroom.
The two lower floor bedrooms each have two single beds and plenty of wardrobe space and share a family bathroom. The master bedroom on the upper has a full size ensuite and double patio doors leading to one of two private terraces on this level.
Costa Esuri golf and urbanization is surrounded by a a nature reserve which is rich in bird life, both native and migrating, the area is world renowned for its spectacular array of birds, including pink flamingos.
