The lounge area is tastefully decorated with comfortable seating, including a double bed settee. For added luxury and enjoyment there is a large flat screen television with UK, RTE and Sky Sports channels. Also DVD player. Hot/cold air-conditioning is also installed in the main lounge.The kitchen area is complete with microwave, hob and oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery and all essential utensils (plates, cups, glasses etc). There is also a dining table and chairs.

In addition, there are two bedrooms. One good sized double room (also with flatscreen TV) and another good sized twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning.The bathroom has the additional feature of a luxury power shower fitted.
For your added peace of mind there is a safe available in the apartment.

The balcony area comes complete with table, chairs and parasol which is ideal for relaxing in the evening after a hard day by the pool or at the beach or on the golf course! There is also a small charcoal barbeque located on the balcony.

5 golf courses in the immediate area (within a 10-25 minute drive), namely: Campanoar, Las Ramblas, Villamatin, La Finca and La Marguesa. Within a short drive you will find La Serena, Roda, Haciende Del Alamo, the new Mosa Trajectum resort, Alenda Golf club, Altorreal and many more. All have excellent facilities and can be enjoyed by golfers and handicaps. Green fees are very reasonable, cheaper than at home and those on the Costa Del Sol.
Nearby towns for more serious shopping: Torrevieja (15 minutes by car) has a large selection of boutiques, electronic and photographic outlets, craft shops and wine and tobacco stores. Do not miss the new Habaneras shopping centre beside Carrefour, which has a great range of shops.
Alicante city (50 minutes) has an even wider selection of shops, including a number of branches of El Cortes Ingles, Spain's largest department store.
Benidorm is the home of Europe's largest theme park Terra Mitica, Aqualandia a huge water park and Mundomar sealife centre

Cabo Roig Area

A choice of three blue flag beaches are within walking distance of thr apartment.
Activities available in the immediate area include, golfing, go-karting, fishing, water sports, horse riding, sight seeing, shopping, swimming and a wide variety of bars and restaurants for dining.

Getting There

Only 20 minutes from Murcia (San Javier) Airport and 40 minutes from Alicante Airport. A car is not essential as the beaches, restaurants, shops, bars, banks and supermarkets are within walking distance and taxis are plentiful for longer trips. Airport transfers if required.All the major budget airlines fly to both airports including, Easyjet, Monarch, Ryanair etc.
