The Kerry Region
Castlegregory is situated on the northern side of the Dingle Peninsula. It is very popular in the summer with holiday makers because of its location. Miles and miles of sandy beaches surrounded by hills ideal for hiking and treking. Two miles out on the peninsula are watersports, superb windsurfing/surfing beaches and dive center. Not as crowded in May/June and from September on.
Ideal location for day trips to Tralee/Dingle/Killarney where there is so much to do and see!
Castlegregory Area
Visit the Aquadome, Siamsa, and Museum in Tralee. On your way stop at the Blennerville Windmill it is worh a visit.
Go see Fungi in Dingle and visit Marine World and while you are there enjoy a stroll through the town with it's many shops, pubs and restaurants.
Spend the day in Killarney on the lakes and take a jaunting car through the Gap of Dunloe, a spectacular trip!
There is so much to do and see in the area, something for everyone!!

Fly to Kerry Airport, Ferry to Dublin or Rosslare from the UK with Irish Ferries or Stena Line
Car Hire available at airport.
Drive from Tralee to Camp on N86 (9 miles) Stay right at fork following signpost for Castlegregory R560 (9 miles). Turn right at Grotto 1 mile into village. Apartment is situated on left above gift shop "The Beach Box" across from Spar supermarket.
