Dining seating for 6 guests. Kitchen with hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and all standard utilities. The master bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, safe and air-con. Balcony leading from the master bedroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc, and bidet. There is another wc on the ground floor. The property has private front and back gardens with outdoor seating available for both. Sunloungers are available for the private roof terrace. Linen and towels provided, bring your own beach towels.

The property is ideal for families, couples, golfers and those who wish to enjoy the sun.

Cabo Roig is an exclusive resort on southern Costa Blanca with clean "blue flag" beaches and stunning views of the mediterranean. You may want to lie on a beach and relax but for those that want to explore theres plenty on offer. If your taste is for culture the ancient cities of Murcia, Elche and Cartagena are all within an hours drive. If you "want to be at one" with nature try the caves at" Cuevas de Canalobre" in Busot or the natural salt water lagoon at Mar Menor said to have healing powers. If you enjoy the odd glass of wine(we all do!) the town of Jumilla, near Murcia is famous of wine. A fountain that flows wine instead of water is there!!! Or sit back and relax on the beach or by the pool.

Cabo Roig is within a 15 min drive to 3 popular golf courses, Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. There are others easily assessible within a 40 min drive and its only a 5 min drive to the nearest motorway.Horse riding, Go-karting, sailing, wind surfing, scuba diving, fishing are available for the active and young. For the shopaholics out there the nearest street market is a mere 10 min drive away(Sat. mornings).The region has numerous street markets each day where you can get great value on fruit, clothes and "designer" items. There is a large Carrefour in Torrevieja where you can buy almost anything and a really good shopping centre beside it in case you need some retail therapy!

Within walking distance are a huge variety of bars and restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, French, Indian,Spainish, Italian, Greek, Hungarian, English and Irish. There are a number of 24 hour shops within a 2 min walk and the nearest shop to the property stocks well known brands to Irish/ English tourists with internet access next door.
