This charming seaside town is surrounded by wonderful forests of the Landes region, safe cycle paths throughout area, miles of pure sandy Beaches, surfing, body-boarding, life-guards on duty daily, perfect for a family holiday to France. The Aquitaine/Dordogne Region

Warm sunny summers, magnificent forests of the Landes region. Nearby port of Capbreton with large Marina worth a visit, popular town of Hossegor with its lively buzz and shopping street, cafes, etc. Dax, a nearby town, is known for its thermal spas and good shopping. Biarritz is not to be missed with its beautiful coastline and ocean views, full of atmosphere with shops, cafes, museums etc. Bayonne is another cultural town to explore with Cathedrals and interesting history also. San Sebastian and beautiful St. Jean de Luz are two more amazing places to spend a day in. Lourdes is easily reached also (2.5 hours drive)
