This beautifully furnished two bedroom apartment on the first floor is in a much sought after position within the resort with a private terrace overlooking the 18th green, and balcony off each of the two bedrooms, and only 100M from the Resort Centre and with Private Basement Parking space serviced by lift.
Fully centrally heated with air conditioning in Living area and both bedrooms.

The Private terrace, has a table and 4 chairs with 2 sun loungers.

The entire property is furnished to a very high standard. A Flat Screen television and DVD are also provided.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, oven with grill and 4 ring ceramic hob, cafetiere, toaster, sandwich maker etc.

Getting There

You may intend on hiring a car at the airport or alternatively you can avail of our "FREE meet and greet" service available from San Javier airport, we will meet you at the airport on your arrival and bring you to the property for key hand over, show you around the property and facilities, explain how to lock up and use appliances etc.
