The luxury apartment is set in a small secure gated complex with 24hr security and comes fully equipped.
The spacious lounge / dining area has 2 large comfortable settees centred around a coffee table and Sky TV making this area ideal to relax in. This also includes a dining table with 6 chairs. The lounge extends onto terrace area and well kept private garden.

The 2 twin bedrooms have built in storage and ensuites with bath / shower / toilet and bidet. The master bedroom has access to the terrace with stunning views down over the golf course and coast.

The kitchen is fully fitted with Bosch appliances including dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, hob and oven. The washing machine is located in the utility area.

Mijas Golf - Mijas Golf conists of two 18 holes courses one of which a long flat championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones with 9 water hazzards and wide fairways. Two tees are onto the hill an the sharp downhill thirteenth is a par 5. Three other golf courses are within a very sort distance.
