The self catering cottage is hidden away from the road and has plenty of lawns and tracks surrounded by four acres. It is a deceptively spacious cottage boasting a very large country style kitchen, sitting room,large hall with woodburner and seating area, 4 bedrooms, one has ensuite shower,utility room ,downstairs shower room,bathroom and table tennis area.
The owners of this property are also very pet friendly. They will allow up to 3 pets per letting.
Hollow Lodge offers cottage accommodation in Wicklow, `An idylic setting for a family/group/romantic holiday as the cottage is set among beautiful countryside with views of Glenmalure and nearby mountain ranges. This self-catering accommodation in Wicklow is literally on the pathway of the 'Wicklow Way'. Our Wicklow cottage was built circa 1850 has been extended and modernised over the past few years. The house has central heating, an open fire and a woodburner. The kitchen is fully modernised with washing machine,dishwasher,microwave,etc. There is table tennis available on the site. Kockanna is located 5/6 km from Tinahely village, 8km from Aughrim village and is within easy reach of many scenic beauty spots .The nearest village is 5mins walk from the holiday cottage and the village has one grocery and two pubs.

The internationally renowned 'Wicklow Way' walking trail as featured on many TV programmes and films. The walk spans 150 km of walkway through wicklow countryside and is on the doorstep of Hollow Lodge.
Wicklow Mountain National Park,Laragh:This park was established in 1991 and is one of six national parks in Ireland .The park consists of a core area of 3,700 ha around the Upper lake of Glendalough and the mountains of the Glenealo river to the west. Perfect for hill walking and exploring the beautiful countryside of Wicklow.
Glendalough - historical 16th Century Monastic settlement /round tower and lakes
Avoca Village
Filming location of the renowned TV series Ballykissangel. Avoca is a very pretty village and is largely untouched by modernisation.It is within driving distance of the house.
Clara Lara Fun Park for children is located about 20km away near Rathdrum

'What a lovely cottage, peaceful away from the hussle and bussle , exactly what we required. The kitchen is amazing and it was lovely with the open fire -collecting sticks from outside brought back childhood memories.

Lovely location , fantastic for a family get together -3 generations .Really enjoyed the use of the table tennis!
Great farm house kitchen and warm cosy fire, made great use of the fire during the chilly evenings.
Ireland certainly provides a slower lifestyle with the lovely small winding roads and great Guiness!
