The Brittany Region

The village of Erce en Lamee is situated on the borders of Brittany and Western Loire, in fact within 5 minutes drive you are in the Western Loire area. Chateaubriant is a large market town with plenty of historical interest. In under an hour's drive you can visit the historic towns of either Rennes or Nantes, both have the regional airports and very large shopping areas. You will also find superb dining and historical places to visit.

 

Ille-et-Vilaine Area

Nearby is the village of Rouge with its horse riding centre. You can also find in the area swing golf, golf, fishing lakes and of course travel to Vallet where you can visit many wine tastings!

 

Getting There

1 1/2 hours drive from Port of St Malo, 3 hours drive from Caen. Nearest airport Rennes, car hire available at airport.

Farmhouse = The master bedroom has double bed with ensuite facilities of shower, wc and sink. There is also a family bathroom comprising of bath with shower over, sink and separate wc. A further double bedroom and a twin bedded room. The lounge area is partly open plan with satellite tv receiving freeview stations, large family kitchen with all facilities and pine table and chairs.
The Cottage = Double bedroom with additional single bed, twin bedded room and 3rd bedroom with bunk beds. Large family bathroom with bath with shower over, sink and wc. Downstairs large kitchen/diner fully fitted with all facilities. Large lounge with satellite tv, dvd, settee and chairs, large woodburner stove.
Studio = double bed, fridge, electric hotplate, enclosed shower room with sink and wc.
