Modern 3 bedroomed bungalow on its own large enclosed site. There is a patio at the side of the house with a timber pergola covered with wisteria, passionfruit and vines. It has a private enclosed swimming pool (approx. 8m x 5m.)
The house has one large living room cum kitchen and a utility room. Fitted kitchen with cooker/microwave/dishwasher/washing machine/clothes dryer/fridge freezer. Sky television (including sky sports) is available (on a 42" screen) together with a video and DVD player. Lots of english books to read whilst you relax in the sunshine.

Bathroom with bath and shower

Three bedrooms - 2 double and 1 with 2 single beds (there are also 2 foldup single beds). High chair and travel cot are provided.
Electric radiators in each room and each bedroom is equipped with an electric fan.

Montpont-Menesterol Area

The house is situated in the village of Menesplet which is approx 2.5km from the town of Monpon/Menesterol.
You will find the town of Monpon/Menesterol approx 60km east of Bordeaux just off the A89 motorway.
We are approximately 1 hour drive from Bordeaux airport and 40 mins from Bergerac airport.

AMENITIES & ACTIVITIES

There are three large supermarkets in the area.
There is a local bar in the village (10mins walk) together with a bakery.
The town of Monpon/Menesterol has a number of very good restaurants.
There are a number of open air markets in the area - (Monpon on Wednesday morning)

Within 30min. drive you will find:

The historic town of St Emilion in the centre of the wine growing area of Bordeaux.
Lac de gurson where there is a manmade lake beach with pedal boats and crazy golf
Pro Glisse where there is a roller skating hall, jet skis and quad bikes for hire
The local park in Monpon has a number of activities during the summer and has a skateboard park and a swimming lake.
There are canoes for hire on the river isle at Monpon.
