The Hoyo 5 Townhouses were built in 2004 and overlook the fifth hole of the Guadalmina Golf course- a prestigious links course popular with European Golfers. The development compromises of apporximatley 30homes which are all extremely well finished and located in the heart of the upmarket Guadalmina Baja neighborhood. The Hoyo 5 community share the lush community gardens, large swimming pool and tennis facilities that are available only to resider's of the development. Our property (N0.25) is one of the best situated in the community with good views of the long facing fairway.

The House itself is fully furnished and comprises of 3large bedrooms, a modern kitchen, main large living room, underground storage facilities, safe underground parking, front and rear gardens, outside patio area with dinning table, BBQ etc. The home itself is in great condition and has been our family holiday home sine 2005. The property's location is one of the best features of this house. It's located in one of the most prestigious locations on the Coast (this can be seen by the countless luxurious mansions that dot the neighborhood-jordan, zidenne zidanne and Danny Minogue are amongst some of the famous neighbors!). It's also just a short walk to the beach and to the luxury Guadalmina Golf Hotel (see website). The house is just across the road from a supermarket and a variety of upmarket shops, bars and restaurants. It is also just 15minutes form the infamous Peurto Banus. And 25minutes from the beautiful city of Marbella. There is plenty to do and see in the local and surrounding areas!Unfortunately the photos of the immediate interior and exterior of the property itself were accidentally deleted on my camera (my apologies) but I assure you the property is in tip-top clean shape with an excellently furnished interior.

The Costa Del Sol Region

The sun never stops shining in the coasta del sol!(coast of sun) Great temperates all year round. Area is an extremely popular holiday destination with mainly European tourists. Can get very busy in summer months! Hugely popular with Irish Tourists. Great selection of bars, restaurants, markets, shops etc in the immediate area. Also lovely mountainous and coastal features in the area. Peuto Banus makes for a great night out and is home to some of Europe's best and most exclusive nightclubs, designer shops and restaurants and is only a short drive way from the property. It also houses some of the largest and most luxurious boats, yachts and supercars in the world! (It is a port!)

San Pedro Area

San Pedro village is a lovely, local fishing village on the coast with a variety of authentic Spanish restaurants, shops and bars. (Alfredo Spanish restaurant is a must for meat lovers!). There is plenty to do and see in the narrow winding streets of this seaside village.

Getting There

Fly to Malaga with Ryanair or Aer Lingus from Dublin. Flight Time- approx. 2hours.

Cheap flights available all year round.

Car Hire available at Malaga airport. (All leading car hire companies, Hertz etc.)

Taxis available from Malaga airport- approx €70 to house door.

Buses also available from airport to Marbella bus station- from there you can get another bus which can drop you 5minutes from property door.

Total drive time from Malaga Airport to Villa= approx 60minutes.
