Spectacular, Luxury Penthouse Apartment. Situated on the Beach with Fantastic Views. This superior apartment is modern and spacious in a small new development of 36 apartments.
The main bedroom boasts a super king bed, wardrobe, bedside lockers, chest of drawers and en-suite.
Bedroom two, has two single beds, bedside locker, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
There are two bathrooms. One is en-suite, with large shower unit, wc, bidet. The main bathroom has the same facilities and are tastefully decorated.
The kitchen includes, cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
Washing machine in the kitchen, drying rack located in drying room area on the roof terrace.
The lounge/dining room has TV with satellite channels, video, sofa bed, breakfast bar with two stools, dining room table and four chairs.
All towels and linen are included, changed weekly. Guests will need to provide their own beach/pool towels.
There are overhead fans in every room for those lovely warm nights.
The apartment is situated on the first floor with private roof top terrace directly above and which is accessed from the apartment.

The apartment is situated beside the beautiful white sandy beaches and lagoons of El Cotillo which are very safe for swimming. There is a popular beach bar and restaurants 5 mins walk away.

There are many restaurants, banks, and several smaller shops in the village, plus a large supermarket that stocks most of your requirements. Car hire is not essential in El Cotillo but the island is well worth exploring and there is plenty of information available in the apartment as to where to go and what to see. The main tourist office is situated in Corralejo just 20 mins away by car or bus. However, you may find it hard to tear yourself away from the wonderful safe beaches and lagoons right on your doorstep which are ideal for both textile and naturists alike.
El Cotillo Area
There are three golf courses on the island, one of which held the Spanish open recently.
Also a par three in Correlejo no more than twenty five minutes away.

Getting There
Flights from Dublin Aer Lingus and Ryanair. Also flights from UK and across Europe to Fuerteventura Airport. Car hire available from the airport or transfer to the apartment can be arranged with the owners (approx. 40min drive).
