This luxurious apartment is well finished to a high standard it has two good sized bedrooms each with two single beds and fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms lead on to the rear terrace with peaceful views over the landscaped gardens. The large well equipped kitchen consists of all the mod con's including hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The bathroom includes bath/power shower, wc and bidet. The spacious lounge has dvd player, cd player and comes complete with UK tv package (no need to miss your favourite soaps).
The lounge opens out through patio doors on to the front terrace for you to enjoy the sunshine and superb views. The property has air conditioning and central heating.

The Costa Calida/Almeria Region
La Torre Golf Resort is in the unspoilt Costa Calida region of Spain. The area enjoys an excellent all year round climate. July and August being the hottest months, an ideal time for sun worshippers. Temperatures even in winter are very pleasant, making the region an all year round destination for vacation and short breaks. The short flight times from the UK and Ireland make the region even more appealing.
The historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena (around 30 minutes drive) are well worth a visit, offering museums, trendy shopping centres and a taste of what every day Spain has to offer. The many little villages and towns dotted around the region will appeal to those who like to try traditional cuisine and local wines.
Murcia is fast becoming one of the most popular golf areas in Spain. There are many challenging and picturesque courses within a 30 minute drive. As a guest on La Torre you can enjoy the other Polaris Golf Courses on "The Jack Nicklaus Trail".

Everything needed is provided on site including shops, supermarket, restaurants and leisure facilities.
Relax and enjoy a drink or meal in the clubhouse and enjoy the stunning lakeside views. Or have a stroll around and take in all that La Torre has to offer. From its landscaped gardens,numerous large swimming pools to the wide streets with their water features. Children's play areas and paddling pools are dotted around the complex.
The Town Centre is host to bars, restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops. The perfect place to enjoy a night out for a meal, have a few drinks and enjoy the entertainment.
La Torre is home to a putting green, driving range and a challenging 18 hole golf course which will appeal to both low and high handicappers. Some holes can be quite tricky with quite a few water hazards thrown in for good measure. Golf carts are available for hire on site.
The resort also offers tennis courts, jacuzzi, gym facilities and organised excursions.

From Murcia-San Javier Airport the La Torre Resort is a convenient 15 minute drive.
From Alicante( optional) the La Torre Resort is a 50 minute drive.
Car Hire can be booked online via www.moneysupermarket .com This website will compare the market and offer some great deals. Car hire can also be arranged from La Torre resort, if required.
Taxis are available from San Javier Airport and should cost around 30 Euros.
Pick ups can be arranged through the owner.
