Villa Mimosa is in a very quiet street in the Los Mojones area of the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen this villa is perfect for outdoor living. It boasts loads of outdoor space including off road parking, a shaded terrace running the length of the villa, a large (8m x 4m) heated private pool, sunbathing terracing, barbecue, pool table, table tennis and mature planted garden areas. For relaxing there are sunbeds, patio furniture and a comfortable sofa. The barbecue and seating is incorporated under the covered terrace for al-fresco dining or relaxing with a drink.
The villa has a stylish dual aspect lounge and dining room divided by an archway and doors to the covered terrace. A light and airy newly fitted kitchen with all mod cons. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The very spacious outdoor area makes it perfect for families as well as couples who like some space. If you are looking for peace and quiet in a quality villa with the space to relax and enjoy your Lanzarote holiday but still be close to the amenities of the Old Town then this new addition to our Lanzarote Villas will be perfect.

We have just returned from another super holiday with Lanzarote Leisure Villas. This time we stayed in Villa Mimosa Los Mojones. This villa is very comfortable, well equipped and suits either a family of six or a group of friends. Its indooor living space is excellent but even better is the outdoor area. It is very large aand includes a large swimming pool, table tennis table, pool table plus lots of shaded seating areas for those who like to stay cool and also plenty of sun terrace to enjoy all that sunshine.
