Number 70 is a deluxe three bedroom detached villa with private pool that is within easy reach of the Parque Da Floresta resort facilities.
The villa has a large modern living room with lounge and dining seating for 8 people. Patio doors open out to the back garden with a view over the rolling hills at the edge of the Costa Vicentina Nature Reserve. There is also a front balcony providing a private area to relax in the glow of the evening sun. The seating area includes a large sofa and arm chairs, flat screen TV, DVD and radio. The dining area has a table and chairs that seats 8 people.
There is a large modern De Dietrich kitchen fully fitted with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and all kitchen equipment. The kitchen has a private balcony and outdoor dining table with parasol.
There is a a toilet located at the entrance to the living area and the top of a marble staircase that leads to the lower floor where he bedrooms and bathrooms are located.
On the lower floor there are three double bedrooms fitted to a high standard. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and room for single beds to be added on request. The third bedroom has two double beds.
There is a private en-suite in the main bedroom and a large double-sink bathroom completes the layout on the ground floor. The three bedrooms have patio doors with direct access to the pool patio area.
The villa has a private heated pool (on request) and a number of sun loungers and patio chairs for sunbathing in the Algarve sun.

The villa is located in Budens in the beautiful countryside of the Western Algarve. Budens is on the edge of one of Portugal's prime nature reserves Costa Vicentina Park where visitors can explore a range of rare flora and fauna. The Western Algarve is a popular tourist location due to its predictable warm climate, relaxed and unspoilt resorts and friendly local inhabitants.
Getting There
The Villa is located about 50mins drive from Lagos Airport in the unspoilt town of Budens.

Both Ryanair and Aer Lingus have regular scheduled flights from Irish Airports to Lagos.
Car hire is very reasonable and available at Lagos Airport through a number of companies including Hertz, Avis and AirAuto (http://airauto.pt/)

In addition to the private pool in the villa guests have access to the facilities of the Parque Da Floresta resort amenities including four communal swimming pools, the golf course and driving range, Spa and gym, indoor jacuzzi and steam room and a variety of children's attractions, bowling, restaurants and bars and floodlit tennis courts.
Rental Details
A non-refundable deposit of 30% to be paid at the time of booking the villa. The remainder is due six weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made by direct transfer to our bank account. Security deposit of £500. In the event of cancellation, we apply the following charges: up to 42 days - lose deposit; 42-29 days - lose 75%; 14-1 day - lose 100%.
Pool heating is available on request.
