Swimming Pool area is situated facing south which guarantees the best position for capturing the sun. The pool is optionally heated for the winter months and extends 28ft x 14ft with a depth ranging from 3ft to 6ft. There is plenty of ourdoor seating, patio table and parasol umbrella. Privacy fencing surrounds the lower frame area and the pool is covered with 25ft protective UVA/UVB Screen which allows you to sunbathe without getting burnt, eliminating harmful rays and bugs. BBQ can be rented locally from our Management Company, this is paid for locally and assures you of getting a BBQ that is both hygenic and works.

This villa was completely remodelled in 2009 and is air-conditioned throughout. Features of this stunning villa are fully tiled living areas, bedrooms are carpeted. All the beds feature SEALY mattresses 5 star hotel quality. There is a complete supply of bedlinen for every bed plus an ample supply of towels. All the bathrooms feature power showers and three of the bathrooms feature full baths. Three master bedroom suites have their own bathrooms, the twin bedrooms share a bathroom. On the lower floor is a fully fitted kitchen with brand new hob/range, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, plenty of china, glasses, cutlery, pots pans and bakeware. Separate Laundry facility with top loading washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Beautiful formal dining table with seating for 6 guests and a breakfast table with seating for 4. Stunning TV with DVD full digital cable TV and NETFLIX free films streams to the TV, PS3, games; also free national and local phone calls, with secure high speed wireless broadband. Comfortable seating completes this totally open plan space for great family get togethers. This villa comes complete with TV/DVD units is all the master suites, plus a fully tiled games area with sofa seating, pool table 50inch HDTV XBox 360 and games. Entry to the villa is via a SCHLAGE KEYLESS entry system you provide your own code, keys are not required. Also provided in the rental free of charge, highchair, travel cot and hairdryers.
