prices are for the property / week in euros and are based on 4 people sharing.5/6 people will be charged 35 euros pp/pw extra. good discount for rentals of a month or more out of school holidays.no smokers or single sex parties please. a security deposit of 250 euros is payable against damage or if apt is left in very dirty state.this deposit will be returned to you within 7 days of end of holiday if all is ok.
deposit of 100 euros is required and balance within six weeks of holiday.
cancellation between 12 to six weeks of holiday will lose deposit.6 weeks to 2 weeks of holiday will lose up to 70% of holiday costs.cacellations less than 2 weeks will bear 100% cancellation fees.
