Fantastic 3 bedroom duplex apartment located 500 meters fro beach/water front with use of four pools in condominium. The apartment was constructed in 2007 and is an excellent location close to all amenities and Cabanas beach there are 4 swimming pools for guests use and a cafe/bar and restaurant on site. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 twins and 1 double all with fitted wardrobes ) and 2 bathrooms it also has fantastic outside space and BBQ area. Facilities within the apartment include Air-Con/heating, British Spanish and Portuguese TV and DVD player. The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes washing machine, dishwasher. The roof terrace/Solarium provides all day sun with fantastic sea views. The living terrace has a full built in BBQ and table and chairs for to relax on those long Algarvean evenings. There is also a breakfast terrace if you wish to sit out in the morning sun. There is also communal parking bays outside the apartment cots and high chairs can be provided
