Modern well presented two bedroom apartment close to the village of Cabanas and within walking distance to Benamor golf course. This top floor (2nd floor) apartment is centrally located and you can walk to the water front of Cabanas from where small fisherman boats bring you to the beautiful beach. All amenities are near by, e.g. restaurants, supermarkets, a small train station from where you can take the train to Faro or Tavira. The beautiful town of Tavira is 2 miles west from Casas da Praia and is well worth a visit. It is very easy to lose track of time in this lovely old town. You can spend hours strolling the charming cobblestone streets with it's many restaurants, shops, bars and terraces to enjoy a refreshment in the sun. Ilha de Tavira, it's famous beach with many small restaurants is only a boat ride away. The beach of Barril in Santa Luzia is also very nice. This beach is accessible by foot or if you don't like to walk, there is a small train that takes you there. There are many more beaches and golf courses to choose from within a few minutes drive. This is a very nice destination all year round.

Getting There
Faro is the main Air port in the Algarve. Taxi round trip is approx. 70 euro. Car hire is approx 120 euro per week for a small car. The journey from the airport is 40 minutes and is mainly motor way. The motor way has several petrol station which are big and include restaurants.
Faro: 32 km; Spain: 28 km; nearest golf course (Benamor): 200 m; Beach: 900 m; nearest restaurant: 200 mtr; Supermarket: 200 m; Train station: 150 mtr; Tavira town center: 3 km.
