This duplex apartment is fully equipped with all the conveniences for modern living, tastefully decorated throughout and is particulary suitable for families with children. The gardens have a children's playground and communal barbecues. The balcony overlooks the pool as well as having uninterrupted sea views. A car is not required but could be convenient for day trips etc. It is only a 10 minute walk to either the magnificient beach or the town centre. The restaurants, bars, nightclubs and not forgetting the great golf courses are all nearby providing entertainment for everyone.

The Algarve Region

The Algarve has a temperate climate almost all year round and boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year. The Algarve has some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Portugese people are friendly and helpful, the food is great and the wine excellent! The ancient coastal village of ALVOR is now a very popular holiday destination. It is well located facing a natural lagoon opening onto the sea. Close to this lagoon is an amazing maze of walking paths has been built offering lovely views and peaceful walks for all the family. The beach is Alvor is absolutely amazing and there are a number of small coves tucked under the cliffs. There are lovely restaurants located along the beachfront. Alvor beach is extremely clean and the local council are out early in order to maintain the long stretch of lovely white sand.

The restaurants, bars and nightclubs provide great entertainment for all the family. This village has maintained its very quaint ambivance and is a joy to visit. There are 7 golf courses within a 15-20 minute drive, e.g. Alto Golf, Penina, Morgado, Palmares, Boavista and Pestana Pinta.

This is a very spacious duplex apartment. There is an openplan kitchen with dining and living space. Also a separate TV viewing area. The main bathroom is on this floor with bath, bidet, toilet and shower. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two of which are very big. One is the master bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV & very large built in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds with a third pull out full size single bed. The third bedroom also has a single bed with a further pull out full size single bed, should it be required. The second bathroom is on this floor and has a spacious shower, toilet and sink.
