This is a modern two bedroom apartment in an up market gated and secure complex with fantastic amenities on site. Built only in 2005, it is ideally located in a quiet and private area, yet only walking distance to the Strip, Old Town Albufeira and beaches.

The Algarve Region
You get the sun all year round in the Algarve so you can have Sun, Sea and play Golf? A short stroll will take you to the main shopping area of the "Strip" where you will find numerous restaurants, shops and bars at very reasonable prices. Old Town Albufeira is only 2km away with its cobbled square, surrounded by bars and restaurants. There is a fantastic atmosphere there and it also boasts a beautiful beachfront location....its a must visit!!!

The renowned Vilamoura Marina and Golf Resort is only a 15-20 min taxi ride away and is also well worth a visit.
